Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)。Processing: 1‑3 days (storage boxes, pant racks); 3‑7 days (wardrobes)。

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Contiguous US only。Carriers:

  • Small items (storage boxes, pant racks): USPS, UPS, FedEx

  • Wardrobes: Freight carriers (LTL)

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Costs: Calculated at checkout。Free shipping on qualifying orders.

  • Times: Small items: 5‑10 days; Wardrobes via freight: 7‑20 business days。Estimates, not guarantees.

4. Freight Delivery Process (Wardrobes)

  • Carrier will contact you to schedule a 4‑hour delivery window.

  • Standard delivery is curbside or threshold – driver will not bring inside.

  • Inspect before driver leaves – note any visible damage on delivery receipt.

5. White Glove Delivery
Available for wardrobes at additional fee。Includes delivery to room of choice, unpacking, basic assembly, and packaging removal.

6. Packaging

  • Wardrobes: Flat‑pack boxes with corner protectors, foam padding; anti‑tip hardware included; CARB/CPSIA labels visible.

  • Pant racks: Boxed with protective padding; hardware included.

  • Storage boxes: Folded or boxed; care labels attached (fabric), tracking labels visible (children's products).

7. Damage Claims

  • Visible damage: Noted on delivery receipt – contact us immediately.

  • Concealed damage: Contact us within 48 hours with photos of damage and packaging。Keep all packaging.

8. Order Changes
Cancel/modify within 24 hours. Orders shipped cannot be canceled.
